Custom Products
Adding "Custom Products" is a way for you to sell non-company
items through your invoices. Some examples of custom products would things like gift certificates, seasonal or themed
gift baskets you put together, or fees you charge for certain spa
services or events.
To add Custom Products.....
1. Click the "Inventory" tab.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, click "Add Custom Product."
3. On the following screen, make up a name, product number (can be
letters, numbers, or a combination of both) wholesale/retail prices, and
specify on hand and target quantities.
***If your custom product contains more than one retail item from your inventory (as is the case with gift baskets), you can specify Contents
in the section to the right. Click the blue "Add Products" tab in the upper
right-hand corner, then enter the product number in the product field.
Once all items have been added, click the "Done" tab. When an invoice
with your custom product is "saved as complete," the contents will be
removed from your inventory.
4. Once your Custom product is entered, and any applicable contents have
been added, click "Save." Your item can then be added to invoices
